Our name reflects the desire to boil down national health issues to the local level. The concept of the magazine is to provide community-relevant health, wellness and medicine news and resources that can be accessed by our readers.

NHR covers a variety of topics including traditional and complementary medicine, mental health, dermatology, senior health, nutrition, cosmetic surgery, current news and trends in health and medicine, calendar events and more.  All information is written by local health/medical professionals and established local writers.
