If you choose to subscribe to one of NHR's subscription services available currently or in the future the following additional terms and conditions will apply depending on which service you choose.
INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT: You are using the Subscription Services at your own risk and you, along with your healthcare provider, are personally responsible for verifying its suitability for your needs.
CHARGES AND BILLING: You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number at the time you make a purchase or use a Subscription Service. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of such credit card, and you agree to pay all charges resulting from your account through the WebSite at the prices then in effect, including any unauthorized charges incurred prior to your notifying NHR of such charges. You agree that NHR may pass your credit card information and related personally identifiable information to its designated service provider(s) for their use in charging you for appropriate services utilized through your account. All charges are exclusive of sales or other taxes and you are responsible for payment of any applicable state, local and city taxes. NHR reserves the right to modify or terminate membership plans, change prices, or institute new charges for any account at any time with at least thirty (30) days' notice.

NHR may provide links to third-party web WebSites. NHR also may select certain websites as priority responses to search terms you enter and NHR may agree to allow advertisers to respond to certain search terms with advertisements or sponsored content. NHR does not recommend and does not endorse the content on any third-party websites. NHR is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites, websites framed within the NHR WebSite, third-party websites provided as search results, or third-party advertisements, and does not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites. NHR does not endorse any product advertised on the NHR WebSite.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. You should be aware that this WebSite is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NHR, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
NHR is based in Melbourne, FL in the United States of America. NHR makes no claims that NHR, and the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the NHR WebSite from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with NHR, or in any way relating to your use of the NHR WebSite, resides in the courts of the State of Florida and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Florida in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving NHR or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
